Oral surgery procedures in Medicine Hat
Dr. Khaleghi provides the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery — from routine wisdom tooth extractions to complex jaw reconstruction. All procedures are performed in our on-site surgical suite in Medicine Hat.

Wisdom Teeth Removal
Wisdom teeth that are impacted, crowded, or causing pain need to be removed before they damage surrounding teeth. We perform both simple and surgical extractions, including fully impacted wisdom teeth, right in our clinic under local anesthesia or general anesthesia depending on your case.

Dental Implants
Dental implants are the gold standard for permanent tooth replacement. A titanium post is placed in the jawbone and topped with a custom crown, restoring both the look and function of a natural tooth. Dr. Khaleghi will assess your bone density and overall suitability at your consultation.

Jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery)
Corrective jaw surgery improves the alignment of the jaws and teeth to restore proper bite, function, and facial appearance. It's often recommended in combination with orthodontic treatment. Dr. Khaleghi has a particular interest in orthognathic surgery and works closely with referring orthodontists.

Bone Grafting
Bone grafting rebuilds lost bone in the jaw — often needed before dental implants or following tooth extraction. We also perform pre-prosthetic surgery to prepare the mouth for dentures or other restorations.
